ORDERING
GENERAL INFO
- Place a single order at The Candy Shop from any or all of our brands, you'll have one order, one payment and one shipment.
- Choose from 70+ colors, your holds will be made-to-order.
- Grab bolts by the set or save by buying in bulk.
GYM CUSTOMERS
- Get Rock Candy discount tiers on the entire order, making the most of your budget.

- Don't have a gym account? Apply today to get the best discounts and service.
PROCESSING
Once we receive your order, we will work with our local manufacturer to get all your holds from all our brands ready to go in a single shipment, all in 10 business days or less.
- NOTE: Large gym orders or orders with volumes may extend beyond the 10 day turn around time.
SHIPPING
- Standard Shipments: Most shipments ship FedEx ground, FREE for retail orders over $250.
- Oversized Shipments: Big items such as volumes or some mega-large holds will need to ship via freight, we charge a $200 deposit on these orders and will reach out for final shipping costs before processing your order.
- Large Gym Orders: For those really big orders, we'll skip the ground shipment and put all your holds on a pallet. You'll see a $250 freight deposit show up at checkout and we'll be in touch for final shipping costs.
